Your Tailored Journey

“Ayurveda treats the individual, not the disease.”

Any kind of imbalance in the physical, emotional, or mental body affects our romantic relationships, parenting, and how we feel about ourselves.

Ayurveda recognizes the unique needs of women throughout their life cycles. Our personalized approach addresses your current imbalances, enhances your vitality, balances your body, and nurtures your spirit.

My individual health coaching has allowed me to treat a variety of medical conditions including, but not limited to, the following:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • trauma
  • grief
  • menstruation issues
  • PMS & PMDD
  • menopause
  • weight loss
  • obesity
  • constipation
  • thyroid conditions
  • disordered eating
  • arthritis
  • insomnia
  • diabetes
  • eczema
  • asthma
  • migraines
  • musculoskeletal pain
  • neuropathy
  • gall stones
  • kidney stones
  • digestive system detoxification
  • colon detoxification
  • liver detoxification
  • phobias

I was struggling with stress, feeling run down and beat up from dealing with the pandemic, while suffering from chronic GERD and musculoskeletal pain. I’m happy to report that my GERD is cured. My body pain is greatly diminished and I feel that I handle the stress of life much better than I ever have. Zeeba even took the time to help my child when anxiety was high and made a special meditation that was listened to nightly for months until it was no longer needed.

Melanie M., Hartford

I learned how to have compassion and kindness for myself. Zeeba taught me how to deal with obstacles and accept what I used to resist. I am now a better parent and better at connecting with family.

Meditation

“We exist in the outer world but live in our inner world.”

Meditation is single-minded focus on anything that brings us peace and frees us from the bonds that tie us. We can extend this freedom to the body, bringing it into balance with the mind, and freeing ourselves from illness.

When we meditate we enter a state of inner quiet that refreshes the mind and restores balance to the nervous system. Since the mind and body are connected, the body is naturally balanced as the mind calms during meditation. We connect with our inner wisdom and foster emotional resilience.

Studies show that meditation can reduce stress, manage anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep.

I have explored different types of meditation: body-mind meditation, visual meditation, sound meditation, energy meditation, Sufi meditation, Buddhist meditation, Tibetan Buddhist meditation, mantra meditation, chanting meditation.

I am a seasoned meditation teacher in Chakra Balancing Technique, Mind Sound Resonance Technique, Pranic Energization Technique, Cyclic Meditation, Instant Relaxation Technique, Quick Relaxation Technique, and Deep Relaxation Technique.

I had not had a good night’s sleep for ages before I tried her remedy. I was also anxious and stuck on a difficulty in my life that woke me up at night and was the first thing that I thought of when I woke up. This caused a lot of stress. With Zeeba’s guidance, I was able to sleep and loosen my fixation on the problem, lessening stress and improving my functionality. She is in tune with my spiritual practice and respectful of its importance in my life. Zeeba does not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I cannot find the words to express the depth of her compassion and ability to apply her knowledge.

To heal is to move

from stuckness to possibility,

from habit to mindfulness,

from constriction to expansion.

Nutrition for Feminine Vitality

Forget about all those fad diets.

Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet tailored to your individual constitution (dosha) and life stage. Proper nourishment supports hormonal function, enhances digestion, and promotes mental clarity.

Learn the fundamentals of food that does not just taste good but is good for you. What you put into your body will dictate the quality of your life. If you use food as medicine, you will be delightfully surprised at how much better you feel and how much more clearly you think.

I now understand the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological basis for why I could not get over the grief of a loved one – an understanding that I had not been able to achieve on my own and with other therapists despite 8 years of trying. Zeeba taught me how to remember my loved one in a healthy way and I feel whole again.

Desiree V., Dallas

Zeeba listens and only explores as much as you are willing and able to provide. She then evaluates the best options for you. She makes sure that you do not leave your session feeling emotionally distraught or without a course of action. I would recommend her services to anyone with childhood trauma who wants sustainable solutions.
