About Your Guide
I’m Zeeba
I am an Ayurvedic clinician and meditation teacher who employs diet, herbs, yoga therapy, meditation, and Ayurvedic treatment to restore patients’ mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and to prevent disease and disorders. With years of experience bridging holistic health and modern clinical care, I’ve guided professionals worldwide to integrate Ayurveda into their work. My goal is to empower you with practical, applicable tools that elevate your clinical impact and support your patients’ deepest healing.
My approach brings together integrative medicine with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda that comes from my South Asian lineage. These are long-lasting, sustainable solutions that free you to live a long, happy, and healthy life.
In particular, I focus on healing trauma, which often leads to anxiety, depression, feelings of loss, women’s health, longevity, cravings, and addiction. In 2020, I was honored by an invitation to be part of a panel hosted by His Holiness The Dalai Lama on the topic of integrated healthcare and compassion.
I am trained and certified in the Ayurveda Sciences at Union Yoga Ayurveda, affiliated with Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College and the Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga, associated with Swami Paramahansa Samsthana, and a registered member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, USA.
I had not had a good night’s sleep for ages before I tried her remedy. I was also anxious and stuck on a difficulty in my life that woke me up at night and was the first thing that I thought of when I woke up. This caused a lot of stress. With Zeeba’s guidance, I was able to sleep and loosen my fixation on the problem, lessening stress and improving my functionality. I cannot find the words to express the depth of her compassion and ability to apply her knowledge.
Zeeba helped me understand the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological basis for why I could not get over the grief of a loved one — an understanding that I had not been able to achieve on my own and with other therapists despite 8 years of trying. Zeeba was instrumental in pulling me out of my grief. She employed a specific meditation style that was effective for me, much thoughtful & intellectual discussion, and other helpful exercises, which taught me how to remember my loved one in a healthy way. I am eternally grateful to Zeeba for making me feel whole again. She is truly gifted. I feel so blessed to have met her.
I learned how to have compassion and kindness for myself. Zeeba taught me how to deal with obstacles and accept what I used to resist. I am now a better parent and better at connecting with family.
