As we move deeper into the holiday season and approach the new year, many of us are facing questions about our future. When will our global paralysis end? How will it ultimately affect our life? Our work? Our family?

Regardless of how you are maneuvering through the uncertainty, I hope you take time to decelerate and recharge this holiday season. Do a digital detox, go a day or two without a computer, spend time in nature, get proper rest, infuse your thoughts with inspiration. Do something that brings you joy.

And as we head into the new year, you can think of a few of your closest relationships and reflect on the following questions:

  • What have I received from __________?
  • What have I given to ________?
  • What troubles and difficulty have I caused?

Using this awareness, you can then shift your relationships as you deem best.

Thank you so much for being part of our healing community, for reading the emails and blog posts, and for helping to heal our world by healing yourself. I am so grateful to you and for you.

Thank you for trusting me enough to include me on your health and wellness journey. I don’t take that for granted. It’s an honor to do this work.

May this holiday season bring you and yours vibrant health and more appreciation, love, and peace. And may you allow yourself to receive and enjoy, for you give so much.

I look forward to continuing with you in the new year. We have lots of new and exciting podcast episodes and conferences to come!

I’ll end with a prayer from the Upanishads:
May all be happy.
May all be free from illness.
May all see what is spiritually uplifting.
May no one suffer.
Peace. Peace. Peace.

Please reach out to me if you are in need of support. You are not alone.
