Incremental changes can also be good but that might only be solving the symptoms, rather than addressing the root cause.

    How does my program work?

    Ancient Ayurvedic texts teach us that “Health is not merely the absence of disease, but rather that our natural state is one of health, happiness, and an inner sense of well-being. This is achieved when our body is clear of toxins, our mind is at peace, our emotions are calm and happy, our wastes are efficiently eliminated, and our organs are functioning normally. Ayurvedic healing is about balance, and the more we are balanced, the more we will be healthy.”

    What if I have a specific health issue?

    “Ayurveda treats the individual, not the disease.”

    If you are someone with a pre-existing health condition, we will begin with an assessment. The assessment can include exploring root causes of your symptoms, interpretation of your latest lab results, and perhaps requesting specific lab tests. After our assessment, I will design a customized health plan for you based on our findings. Your health plan can include recommendations for your diet, nutritional supplements, exercise, sleep, emotional regulation, meditation, stress management, cultivating supportive relationships, and growing self-love. All of these recommendations will be tailored for you based on your unique mind-body-spirit composition (dosha).

    Together, we will work through my 4-Phase Plan, that is proven to improve your overall health.

    4-Phase Plan to Address Health Issues

    Assess

    You will receive an assessment of your health and root causes.

    Plan

    You will receive a customized wellness blueprint to follow.

    Execute

    You will be executing your customized blueprint including recommended supplements, tools and practices, with my guidance.

    Enable

    You will become empowered and self-sufficient to follow your blueprint on your own.

    Your customized health program can take anywhere from 5 to 16 weeks depending on your needs and current state of health. We will determine the length during the consultation, as well as the frequency of sessions. As you gain more knowledge and confidence, we will meet less frequently so that you can give yourself time to establish new habits, a new lifestyle, and reap the rewards. When you are ready to learn more practices and powerful tools that you can apply to your life, we will reconvene.

    By the end of your customized health program, you will be self-sufficient and on your way to better health.

    You are an equal partner in designing your treatment plan. Improving your health is not something that I do to you. Rather, you are proactively engaged in your treatment plan and are open to implementing lifestyle changes in order to attain your optimal health.
