Zeeba quickly impressed us with the depth of her knowledge and understanding of the subject. With a pleasant and caring personality, she has a holistic view and approach to health – with physical and mental aspects conjoined.

Zeeba is an internationally experienced Ayurvedic clinician, meditation teacher, motivational speaker, energy healer, and nutritionist who employs diet, herbs, yoga therapy, meditation, and Ayurvedic treatment to restore her patients’ mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and to prevent disease and disorders. She uses an integrative, functional, and holistic approach to healing. She has explored different types of meditation: body-mind meditation, visual meditation, sound meditation, energy meditation, Buddhist meditation, mantra meditation, and chanting meditation. Zeeba has presented month-long workshops in corporate settings and clients have included the world’s top banks. She has also presented meditation and yoga workshops at schools internationally.

Zeeba comes from a mixed heritage background and was raised mainly in the United States. She had an expansive career in modeling, acting, television, radio, and journalism before entering academia to focus on teaching and researching on communication and religious harmony in interpersonal, organizational, group, and intercultural contexts.

She possesses over 26 years experience with the world’s ancient traditions and religions. This enables her to teach both non-religious meditations and religion-based meditations alike.

Zeeba’s first meditation experience 14 years ago transformed her. Since then, she has established a daily meditation practice. She believes strongly that it is imperative to meditate during the good times to build a silo of resilience so that when we are faced with a challenge, we are not running on empty and are able to bounce back more quickly.

She is trained and certified in the Ayurveda Sciences at Union Yoga Ayurveda, affiliated with Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College and the Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga, associated with Swami Paramahansa Samsthana, and a registered member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, USA.
