We’ll be opening doors to joy, peace, healing, prosperity, and love. Doors to understanding, compassion, and forgiveness. Doors to freedom. Doors to self-worth and self-esteem. Doors to Self-Love.

The teachings and practices I share will play a role in your healing as it has for thousands of people around the world.

But all the advice in the world will never help you until you are ready to help yourself.

After all, pain without reflection is just torture. But pain plus reflection propels us to reach new heights and adopt better ways.

I look into people. It doesn’t matter whether my clients come to me about back pain, overweight issues, anxiety, depression, hypothyroidism, love, abundance, fixing relationship patterns. I found that there is one common thread linking them all – the lack of self-Love. From single parents to addicts to C-suite executives. And if we are lacking self-Love, if we are depleted, if we have energy blockages, then our physical body will not heal permanently from any ailment. It’ll only be a matter of time before we fall sick again – either with the same diagnosis or a new one.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m trained in the 5,000-year-old ancient Indian science of life called Ayurveda, which looks at balancing the 4 bodies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Along with my individual health coaching services, I am often invited to deliver corporate wellness workshops and programs to leading global organizations and by schools to incorporate wellness education into their curriculum. I am also a leading meditation teacher on Mindvalley’s Soulvana app, where my meditations have helped thousands of people around the world. In 2020, I was deeply honored by an invitation to be part of a live interactive session hosted by His Holiness The Dalai Lama on the topic of integrated healthcare and compassion.

I have more than 30 years experience with the world’s ancient traditions and religions and have explored all kinds of meditation – including body-mind, visual, sound, energy, Sufi, Buddhist, Tibetan Buddhist meditation, mantra, and chanting.

This Journey delivers results fast. You will feel the difference and see results straight away if you truly desire to transform and practice the exercises. These are spiritual tools you can return to time and time again. I still use them to get centered when I’m out of alignment and I know they’ll help you do the same!

Carve out space daily to do the practice – even if it’s only for 5 minutes. It’ll be ideal if you can regularly devote at least 25 minutes to your daily practice. It’s best to pick a time of day that works best for you and to set that time aside for your practice. Remember: This journey will only work if you go on it.
